Can I combine my Mothercare Gift Voucher with other offers or specials?

No. Mothercare Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed on non-sale and non-promotional items.

How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?

You can use your Mothercare Gift Voucher towards full or part payment of any goods in Mothercare stores throughout the region. Redeeming the voucher is simple – just present it at the time of billing. If your transaction value exceeds the value of the voucher, you can pay the balance using your debit/credit card or cash. Mothercare Gift Vouchers can be used for one transaction only; any remaining balance cannot be used at another time.

Where Can I buy a Mothercare Gift Voucher?

You can buy Mothercare Gift Vouchers from any Mothercare store near you.

Can I top up a Gift Voucher?

Not at the moment. You can, however, buy a new Gift Voucher instead.

If I don't use the full value of the Mothercare Voucher in one visit, do I get credit for the remainder?

No. Gift Vouchers are for one-time use only. If the total value of a Gift Voucher isn’t used in a single transaction, the remaining value becomes void and can’t be used in a subsequent transaction.

Can I buy a Mothercare voucher as a gift for someone else?

Refund / exchange policies

United Arab Emirates
  • Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value, provided that the goods returned have not been used in any way, are in their original condition and packaging, and are supported by the original receipt or invoice.
  • If a product is defective, we will first try to repair it. If it is not repairable, then the item will be exchanged for the same value. Only products that cannot be repaired or exchanged will be refunded.
  • No exchange will be offered on video games, DVDs, CDs and undergarments.
Bahrain
  • Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note, provided that the goods returned are in their original condition and packaging, and are supported by the original payment receipt.
  • No cash refunds.
Egypt
  • Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value with a credit note or cash refund, provided that the goods returned are in their original condition and packaging, and are supported by the original payment receipt.
Jordan
  • Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note, provided that the goods returned are in their original condition and packaging, and are supported by the original payment receipt.
  • No cash refunds.
  • No exchange on books, CDs, toiletries, perfumes, undergarments and sale items.
Kuwait
  • Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note, provided that the goods returned are in their original condition and packaging, and are supported by the original payment receipt.
  • No cash refunds.
Lebanon
  • Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note, provided that the goods returned are in their original condition and packaging, and are supported by the original payment receipt.
  • No cash refunds.
Oman
  • Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note, provided that the goods returned are in their original condition and packaging, and are supported by the original payment receipt.
