Baby Bassinets

Shop the Best Baby Bassinet for a Safe First Sleep in Bahrain

Choosing a baby bassinet is one of the first real decisions you'll make before your newborn arrives, and it's worth getting right, since your baby will spend most of their early weeks sleeping in it. Mothercare Bahrain stocks a genuinely wide range: adjustable side bassinets from Juniors that grow with your baby through several height settings, rocking bassinets with gentle swing and music functions from Giggles and Mastela to settle a fussy newborn, and lightweight travel bassinets with a carry bag for visiting family or an overnight stay.

If you'd rather have a bassinet that clips directly onto your own bed frame, Chicco's Next2Me Magic offers true bedside sleeping with a rocking function, while Joie's Roomie converts from crib to co-sleeper as your baby grows. For something that lasts well beyond the newborn stage, Teknum's 4-in-1 Wooden Bed Side adjusts in height and doubles as extra storage, making it a longer-term option than most bassinets on this list.

Once you've picked the bassinet itself, it's worth thinking about what surrounds it too. A properly fitted mattress matters more than people expect, since a loose or oversized one is a real safety risk, not just a comfort issue. Soft, breathable bedding finishes the setup, and if you're planning ahead, browsing beds now saves you a second shopping trip when your baby outgrows the bassinet stage. Wherever you're based in Bahrain, Mothercare delivers quickly and takes free returns, so it's easy to size things up before committing.
